This article is designed to describe the present status of formation evaluation education at The University of Tulsa. A description of the courses now being taught, a discussion of the research work being done, and a presentation of some of the problems involved in teaching formation evaluation are given. It is hoped that this article will be of value to industry recruiters, those engaged in formation evaluation research, and finally, to my colleagues teaching formation evaluation at other schools.
