Analysis and reinforcement techniques of rock slope in mountainous terrain are more developed than in the past. However, even if the technique of reinforcing the rock is developed, the rockfall due to weathering of the rock surface cannot be completely prevented. Specially with the rapid changes in the Earth 's climate, weathering of rock slopes due to heavy rainfall or freezing and thawing will become more severe in the future.
In Korea, mountainous terrain constitutes 70% of the total area of the country and accidents caused by rockfall due to weathering of rock slope are increasing. This paper introduces the construction of a precast rockfall structure in a rockfall hazardous zone.

- Displacement measurement analysis of precast arch rockfall structure during construction.
