Abstract
Ground improvement refers to technique or process that improves the engineering properties of the treated soft soil; which include: consolidation, chemical modification, densification, reinforcement method,… This paper presents an experiment field to densification soil by micro blasting technique. Initial results at field experiment showed effective improvements soil micro blasting technique from measurements, the main physical and technical characteristics of the explosive loading for densification soils are derived and important consequences for the efficiency and the practical application of the explosive ground improvement technique are pointed out.
