This paper comprises of the management, coordination, engineering, planning and execution of the decommissioning works for two (2) projects by Redtech Offshore for Vestigo Petroleum & Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS).

Section 1 in this paper comprises of the scope of work, methods / procedures / process, results, challenges, problem statement, lessons learned, and photos of work activities of Redtech Offshore's first decommissioning project, The Provision of Engineering, Preparation, Removal, and Disposal (EPRD) of Kapal Wellbay Module and its Support Structure. This project consists of two (2) campaigns; Campaign one (1) is to remove and dispose the conductor supported platform and its sub structure - WSS Kapal, and Campaign two (2) involves the disconnection and recovery of flexible flowline connected to Mobile Offshore Production Unit (MOPU) Energy Producer (EP) 5, and recovery of eight (8) lengths of mooring chain and anchor of Floating, Storage and Offloading (FSO) Duta Pacific.

Section 2 consists scope of work, methods, results, challenges, problem statement, lessons learned, and photos of work activities for the second decommissioning project, Demobilization of MOPU Mobile Producer (MP) 1. It consists of two (2) phases; Phase one (1): Perform debris removal and inspection of mud mat by workclass remote operated vehicle (ROV) – using Flooded Members Detection (FMD). Meanwhile, Phase two (2) consists of the following; i. Testing, jacking, towing and jack-up MOPU MP 1 at designated warm stacking area and, ii. Rig down and sea fasten flareboom and submersible pump.
