ABSTRACT
A generalized methodology for flow period diagnostics and type curve matching is discussed. The method which is based on the concept of a polynomial derivative function, can be used under a variety of flow conditions.
A new methodology to highlight possible constant terms during radial or polynomial flow periods is proposed. The constant term reflects the damage skin factor and the degree of convergence to the well.
