A microcomputer spreadsheet-based program has been developed to provide guidelines for dealing with common operating problems right at the wellhead. The spreadsheet uses basic daily production data to establish well-by-well production priorities. These priorities are clearly communicated in a format that eliminates guesswork and inaccurate assumptions and facilitates efficient responses to production upsets. Rapid response to producing problems helps reduce production losses and increases total revenue.
