ABSTRACT
The planned Tordis development consists of seven individual subsea wells connected to a subsea manifold, tied back to Gullfaks C for processing of hydrocarbons, supply of injection water and Production control, (ref. Figure 1). Start is scheduled for 1994.
Gullfaks has agreed upon a receipt commitment of 12 000 Sm3/day of processed liquid capacity.
The subsea wells are successively drilled, completed and tied back to the manifold. This allows a high degree of flexibility in field development and defers expenditure.
This paper presents details of the system configuration, design, installation and operation, as of the issue date December 1990 of the Plan for Development and Operation.
