Oil industry needs platform systems, which cut down production costs and are adapted to smaller size offshore fields. In times where cost and efficiency are more than ever of paramount importance, we had in mind to offer a platform presenting the advantages of fixed platform but which could be moved from one field to another, and which reduces offshore hook-up and installation costs.

We found that "the platform" should be a new kind of jack-up specially designed according to the following design premises and conditions:
