Abstract
This paper outlines the delivery of a key programme (KP3) being undertaken by the Health & Safety Executive's Offshore Safety Division (OSD) to address integrity concerns offshore. The approach and findings of the structured inspection programme are discussed, together with an analysis of both weaknesses and strengths. The participation of industry stakeholders is acknowledged as key to achieving an upturn in integrity performance and so minimising the potential for accidents.
