This research is demonstrating the achievements done & benefits gained from developing the concept of maintaining Gasco's pipeline network from; implementing a prescriptive based approach of Inspection, Maintenance and Repair (IMR) in order, to a new trend was appearing & spreading through the pipeline operators all over the world which is Risk-Based approach within the framework of a Pipeline Integrity Management System (PIMS) which has also shown a cost effective approach.
