Abstract
This paper presents a field case study of a naturally fractured gas reservoir, and describes monitoring and characterizing of a high transmissibility gas reservoir using pressure transient tests. The 6 wells (well system) interfere with each other and have high absolute open flow (AOF). The reservoir gas has a large quantity of high molecular weight hydrocarbons and the current static bottom hole pressure is below dew point pressure. The reservoir was stabilized at constant flow rate (total system) and transient pressure disturbances were generated in each well tested.
