Abstract
Cyclic steam injection stimulates an effective foamy emulsion expansion drive at Imperial's Cold Lake Project. Projected bitumen recovery is 25% of the Clearwater bitumen-in-place on developed pads. Ultimate recovery is estimated to be 232 million cubic metres of bitumen from the development area accessible from the current plants.
