This paper discusses the development characteristics and production technology of Daqing Oil Field in its high water-cut stage. Emphasis is placed on the importance of the complete set of technologies of electrical submersible pumps and high volume rod pumps during the transformation of the production mode of Daqing oil wells from flowing to artificial lift. Also, the results of application of the other three production technologies during the high water-cut stage are expounded.
