Since the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the US, security has been an important element of sustainability in the Petroleum facilities, terminals and refineries. New homeland security regulations have only reinforced this new paradigm. Not surprisingly, Quality Safety Compliance Programs (QSCP) can greatly enhance a facility's security posture. This presentation will include:
