Abstract
A methodology was developed which allows the use of well head pressure record for test interpretation purpose, correcting the obtained results to reservoir conditions. The methodology was validated on Italian gas fields comparing the results of the bottom-hole and well-head data analyses for depth ranging between 1000 and 4000 meters and gas rate between 50 to 1000 kSm3/d. Problems could arise when a massive two-phase flow in tubing occurs, because the well bore effects can reduce the quality of interpretation.
