While most of the operators in Kazakhstan still rely on surface dynocards for rod pump diagnostic, this report shows the value of having pump (calculated) dynocards to obtain production insights. Thanks to mathematical calculations ("wave equation") a dynocard is cleared from all "system noises" and only what is happened at the pump is shown. Advantages of using downhole dynocard are discussed with real wells cases on several Kazakhstan mature fields.
