We extend the Laplace-space, source-function approach presented in Part I of this series to compute unsteady flows for some complex, well-reservoir configurations such as inclined wells, disc-shaped, horizontal and vertical fractures, and off-centered wells in cylindrical reservoirs. Asymptotic approximations for well responses at early and late times are provided. Computational issues are addressed and example applications are discussed.
