A case history relating to the testing and selection of a multizone completion technique applicable to tight gas sand reservoirs is detailed. This "Bridge Plug Separation" technique (BPS), developed for use in the low permeability Cotton Valley formation of East Texas, has for this operator, proven to be an efficient means of maximizing multizone gas production.
