Driver behavior contributes to major road incidents, around the world. As behaviors are intangible and very difficult to gauge, for BP Pakistan it was a challenge to introduce right tool for gauging, monitoring and sustaining driver behaviors. This is a case of how behaviors could be molded with fruitful results.
