In this paper, the heat stress disorder occurs to workers at exposed work sites performing hot-works such as welding and cutting, and high solar insolation in summer season when the worker's metabolic condition is beyond the thermal limitations of a human body. The relation between the heat storage of human body during work and the environmental factors corresponding to the magnitude of work load are clarified through establishing the formula of heat storage of human body based on heat energy balance equations.
