In this paper a method to compute the effects of a passing vessel on vessels moored in a port is presented. The method accounts for the generation and reflection of long waves due to the interaction of the primary flow about large, slow passing vessel with the variable geometry of the port. For small, fast vessels, wake wash propagation and effects on moored vessels are accounted for.
