3D DAS VSP acquired in south central Texas are processed for P-wave and PS-wave imaging. Ray tracing with a one dimensional velocity model is used to compute traveltimes for moveout correction and common reflection point (CRP) mapping used for the final stacks. The CRP mapping performs well and a detailed image of the formations directly around the well is compiled and can be interpreted. The DAS response is converted to a geophone response using a depth integration and tied into surface seismic. Results of tying to surface seismic are good, but can be improved. The shallower reflections tie very well, while the lower reflectors do not line up properly. Updating the velocity model could potentially improve this result.
