Summary
Similar to other inversion methods, the tomographic inversion is uncertain, which affects inversion precision seriously. In this paper the author, focusing on the uncertainty of inversion, analyses smooth and a priori information constrained methods and points out their characteristics. Finally, the tuning constrained first-arrival tomography is put forward. Synthetic records and real data have demonstrated that this method is effective.
