Underground gas storage has large storage capacity, durability, strong peak shaving ability and high safety factor, which plays an irreplaceable role and has obvious advantages in peak shaving and gas supply safety. here are three key parameters to evaluate the reservoir conditions of underground gas storage: 1) to describe the reservoir space. 2) to analyze the control factors of reservoir inhomogeneity; and 3) to describe the key geological factor that controls the reservoir capacity - fracture. Reservoir parameters of reconstructed depleted hydrogen reservoirs mostly follow the conditions of hydrogen reservoir exploitation years ago. It is necessary to delineate reservoir parameters by using new seismic attribute analysis technology. In this paper, the key parameters of reservoir conditions of a gas storage reservoir in northern China are delineated by using seismic attributes. The predicted results of attributes are consistent with the drilling conditions and provide effective technical support for hydrogen injection and recovery.
