Abstract:

To successfully interview job candidates, the interviewer must accurately evaluate each candidate's qualifications against essential job functions. Questions relating to the candidate's experience and value system help develop a broader picture of the candidate's overall fit within the organization's safety system. Specific questions are presented as are ideas on how to incorporate safety questions into interviewing to help improve overall site safety culture.
