The purpose of this talk is to illustrate visual integration through a live computer-based workflow. The easy visual integration of all our subsurface and surface data on one canvas is seen by many of us as perhaps the next big value step in visualisation technology. This live computer presentation using data from Algeria, North Africa will show how it is possible to co-visualise conventional small scale and large scale geological data, geophysical data, reservoir engineering data, surface flow lines, production facility data, GIS data and meteorological data. It will also emphasize the importance of co-visualization of data from multiple disciplines / sources. This presentation will highlight the importance of real data integration and the limitations imposed by most commercially available single-discipline software.
