Risk management is one of the fastest growing disciplines in management today that can be loosely defined as a "group of techniques for minimizing the adverse effects of pure Risks"?.Risk management can be practiced on an individual or family basis, but is most commonly applied in a business or industrial environment. At its best, Risk management can be one of the most profitable activities that an organization can pursue. This paper will present the Agiba dynamic application for the loss control programs including risk management techniques, measuring program performance & Results during design, development, operating & decommissioning stages of production &process facilities & equipment & also for the daily Routine & non Routine activities & Emergency situations & how to control hazards in order to reduce Risks to a tolerable level. The implementation of these (HSE) programs in the scope of loss control, Risk & waste management along with future plan of actions for continuos improvement resulted in safe operations for the past 6 years.
