The technology for treatment of methanol-containing water is proposed to reduce methanol concentration according to statutory limits of contaminants. The method is based on the conversion of methanol to methyl nitrite and further synthesis of methanol and sodium nitrite. Implementation of the technology allows to improve the environment safety, to reduce environmental risks and provides additional revenue due to the return of methanol in the production cycle.
Разработана технология очистки метанолсодержащих сточных вод до предельно допустимой концентрации метанола. Способ основан на преобразовании метанола в метилнитрит с последующим получением метанола и нитрита натрия. Внедрение разработанной технологии позволит улучшить экологическую обстановку, снизить экологические риски, получить дополнительный доход за счет возврата метанола в производство.
