Abstract

This paper introduces the Shenzhen-Hong Kong submarine pipeline of West to East Gas Pipeline II Project. In specific environmental conditions and submarine pipeline's situation, we carried on the risk identification for pipeline suspending, drop anchor impacting and ship aground impacting. Consequence of failure is given out relating to pipeline suspending, drop anchor impacting and ship aground impacting. Pipeline risk probability is determined. Some specific measures are put forward to guard against submarine pipeline risks take place.
