Flexural-gravity waves due to a submerged point mass source under an ice sheet are considered. The depth of the liquid under the plate is variable. In a certain rather small region the bottom surface is a slope. The two-dimensional problem is solved by using the introduction of the new variables, asymptotic expansions and integral transformations. The influence of the basin depth, ice plate thickness, source submergence depth, and bottom slope on the plate deflections is analyzed.
