An application of the isolated consortia of the agents oxidizing oil in the soils and ground-based platforms of the oil production constructions, on which an oil flood is predicted, is possible under condition of their differentiation. The state and conditions for a possible depth of penetration of petroleum derivatives on a soil profile, current aeration of this thickness and methods of its optimization by the way of soil loosening in dependence of depth and character of the predicted oil pollution should be typified to fulfill the operations on purification and remedy.
There is no absolute assurance and reliability to use the most perfect systems. It also concerns an oil-extracting and oil-transporting constructions. Therefore the present article has a goal to show the peculiar features on the purification and recultivation of the polluted soils; these processes are combined, on the one hand, with the soil characteristics and properties and, on the other hand, with the native microflora use, because of the adaptation to the local environmental conditions. The purpose of the article is as follows0:
To generalize data on experience on getting native microflora in the territory of pollution under the conditions close to the predicted ones.
To determine an efficiency of the optimization of physical and chemical soil parameters at their purification and decontamination.
To show the peculiar properties of the soil structure, transmission of the oil stream and characteristics of the soil purification under these typified conditions.
To accomplish a biological purification the polluted soils the optimization of the soil physical and chemical parameters is planned proceeding from a granulometric contents, actual acidity, a relationship of total carbon to total nitrogen and composition of the exchange basic ions in a soil absorbing complex.
