Linear quadratic constrained thrust allocation algorithm has been used to solve the thrust allocation problem allocation in dynamic position system. Changeable environments bring difficulty for the thrust optimization. In order to meet the need of positioning performance under changeable environments, using the fast turning thruster to improve the allocation results in linear quadratic programming algorithm is proposed in this paper. Besides, comparisons with other two handling strategies have been made to verify the effectiveness.
