Anchor impact is one of the most important factors leading to the failure of submarine pipeline. For the anchor impact on submarine pipeline, the mathematical model is established on the basis of failure probability, the method of quantitative analysis is formed and the resistance of water depth and external protection is discussed. In comparison with PARLOC database of Britain, the results are within the reference and the method is verified to be reliable.
