ABSTRACT

The given paper is dedicated to problems of solving hydrodynamic interaction of fluid and structure with allowance for resistance. The considerable attention is played to the record of external and internal environmental resistance while oscillating a structure in fluid.

The problem is formulated in general hydro elastic formulation. The experimental research is made. Particular definition of specific structural resistance coefficients while oscillating in air, water, diesel fuel and lube is reviewed. The description of the experimental complex is given. The technique for definition of structural external and internal resistance is shown. The obtained resistance coefficients are given.

Data verifications obtained by other scientists are made. The results of researches confirm the availability of essential influence of resistance on parameters of structural oscillations.
